Secretary General: Patrick Myers

EACTS is governed by Council, whose members are Trustees of the Charity. Council is made up of 15 members who each serve in different capacities, acting at all times in the best interests of the Association, our members and ultimately the patients that we serve.

Council is responsible for ensuring compliance with our governing document, relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. Council also sets the strategy for the association to ensure we serve the needs of our members.

Council Structure

Councillors are elected for set terms by the General Assembly following nomination by the Association. The Council is made up of 15 Councillors in the following positions:

The Officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary General, Treasurer, Editor-in-Chief
The Chairs of each of the Domains
The immediate past President
Councillors at Large
International Councillor
